Inspired. Artist Workshop registration is non-transferable. Refunds will be credited to the same card used for the initial transaction. Full refunds will be given until September 1st. A $250 cancellation fee will be charged until October 1st, after that date refunds will not be given.

The participant agrees and acknowledges that the Event may be canceled due to acts of God, strikes, fires, floods, explosions, acts of war, civil disorders, acts of government agencies or authorities, other enemy action, illness, or other causes beyond Downey's reasonable control. If the Event is canceled due to such a cause, the participant agrees and acknowledges that no refund of any portion of the payment for the Event shall be made and Downey shall have no liability whatsoever to the participant.
