mini-workshop: "Everyday Memories Mini (ideas and memory jogger)"

So often we have great moments that we want to remember and nothing beats having a small booklet handy to record the details, so that at a later time you can scrapbook it. This mini album measures 4.5”X3.5” (outside book measurement) and has 30 pages to jot down the highlights or doodle a thumbnail for a layout. Some of the inner pages have journaling prompts as well. In this class we will use the Bind-it-All machine with a Cover-All cover to make the Everyday Mini. We will also be stamping the inner pages, and using distressing techniques to decorate the cover.

Student Supplies:

Adhesive (2-Way Glue or glue stick, also Fabri-tac)
Scissors
Black Journaling Pen
12” Paper Trimmer
Ink in Black and Red
Heat tool
An Apron is good too as we will be painting and inking.

Kelly here - I am the owner of Ensemble Paper Arts, a scrapbooking company that sells project-based kits. I absolutely love to scrapbook! I have been scrapbooking for 10 years, worked in my Local Scrapbook Store, and have been teaching for 2 years in the Tampa area. Teaching is one of my favorite things to do because it is great to share techniques with so many people who also love scrapbooking.

Ever since I was little I have loved to design. I have always been a creative a person and love to work with many different mediums. I especially love using paper, paint, and scissors. My passion is to make mini albums! It is such a fun and special way to share a favorite story or memory. I love the creative process and need to make or design something every day. As a result, I have been growing each day as an artist and a storyteller.
